Amazing turnaround and communication! We had a sales person booked in 3 days after we made the online enquiry. Quote was provided on the spot. All questions answered promptly. Installation one week later. All completed in one day. Sales and installations staff were all super friendly, approachable and helpful. Could not fault the team or service!

I received a call about 20 minutes before the team arrived at my house. They were extremely helpful and friendly. I was able to pay for the job on the spot, or alternatively, the office could send me an invoice. I appreciated the flexibility of the payment methods.

All went well. I have had the heater on today and it is working as expected. The inside unit is very quiet and the outside section, which is just outside from where I sit, is unnoticeable. After having a listen outside I am convinced my neighbours will not hear any residual noise at all. The remote control is easy to use.

We would have liked to be given the option whether to have the smelly chemicals sprayed in the split systems, as the smell lasted for over a week and we would have opted not to have that. Otherwise we are very happy with the overall service and communication from the technician.

I have always had very good service from Coldflow in the past and now at present and I would thoroughly recommend them to everyone who has airconditioning. As our house is relatively new at present, we are waiting to hear from the builders if our system is still under warranty, if it isnt we will certainly get back to you again.

Ray did an excellent job. As it turned out, the error that caused the problem was cleared when the power was off after the storm, but he still made sure the system was working properly by doing a really thorough check of everything. Very helpful, professional and clearly very keen to make sure the job was done properly. Great work!

Team did a great job, install team had to vary the installation location of parts, access etc, vs. communicated during the sales process. This is fine, just a note that worth getting feedback from your install team to your sales team to help future customer comms. The team kept the site clean and took away all rubbish which was great
