I was very pleased with every aspect of the process, from quote, questions I had, and installation - an excellent team!! I thought there may have been an issue with the controller settings but wasn't able to find how to do what I wanted. Coldflow came out promptly and the issue sorted out. It was a manufacturer's programming anomaly but controller was replaced anyway. I am happy with the work around and that Coldflow didn't try to fob it off as a manufactures issue, as some installers do. I am also very happy with my Mitsubishi Electric 18kw, having upgraded from a gas ducted system and now saving lots in power. Very happy to recommend both product and Coldflow. My job was selected by the VBA for inspection, after which I was told by the inspector that Coldflow did an excellent job. A very grateful customer!

The complete process from quotation with Craig to the installation yesterday was a great experience. We would have no hesitation in recommending Coldflow to family and friends. We were actually told about Coldflow by my stepson and his partner in Koo Wee Rup.

We had a few quotes. After Chris Duckworth came to quote from Coldflow it was obvious that he made the most intellegient comments about our options. Chris was also very ready to answer our queries and we appreciated his efforts. Scott was also excellent with the installations x 2 and the removal of the old gas heater and ducts. They did an amazing job. Really happy with the outcome despite the fact that the first electrician had to leave the wiring job to another electrician to do. The first electrician mentioned that he was not aware of the scope of the work he had to do. Luckily the company sorted everything out. The second electrician finished off the job. Very happy with their installation.

Courteous serviceman with professional attention to his job. Easy to book. Fair cost for service rendered. (A competitor outfit required pre-payment for the service call, about $150, and then quoted a price of $2,000 for the same work. He was quickly escorted off the premises.)
