I was very happy with this companies service. I had a lot of appointments and they made a time that suited. They even showed me how to use the ducted heating system to as an air conditioning ducted system as I only have an air con in the lounge room. I was very impressed.

Very glad and relieved I chose Coldflow. Your installer Murray arrived at 7am Monday 21st, was quickly to work with a minimum of fuss. Old Brivis unit and new Braermar unit out and in through the roof. All over by 9am. He showed us how to use the Braemar control unit before leaving. Great job.

Ray did an excellent job. As it turned out, the error that caused the problem was cleared when the power was off after the storm, but he still made sure the system was working properly by doing a really thorough check of everything. Very helpful, professional and clearly very keen to make sure the job was done properly. Great work!

Team did a great job, install team had to vary the installation location of parts, access etc, vs. communicated during the sales process. This is fine, just a note that worth getting feedback from your install team to your sales team to help future customer comms. The team kept the site clean and took away all rubbish which was great

Coldflow recently removed our gas ducted heating and it replaced with a reverse cycle air conditioner. The process from quote to installation was simple and quick! Communication in the lead up to and on the day of installation was terrific. They also tidied up after themselves! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Coldflow to family and friends.

I received a welcome email reminder that a service was due and made a booking date to suit. Your technicians contacted me the day before to confirm a time and they arrived on time as promised. The young guy was very polite, knew what he had to do , and told me what he HAD done. BTW , I was the one that organized many of Braemar heaters to be installed here in my village. ( Waterford Valley Lakes) I would have thought that you would have organized ALL the other ones to be serviced at the same time as they are the same age.

Excellent service all round -from person who made appointment to the staff who attended gave great service. Notified half hour before arrival, arrived on time, service completed without fuss, used protector to safeguard flooring and minimise mess, showed photos of issue and how it was rectified, explained report and length of warranty on service.

Relatively minor problem. Serge took due diligence and checked whole unit. May need a new stop valve in future. He explained how how well our 19yo unit is functioning and gave us thoughts on future possibilities. Obviously a very experienced technician and a real gentleman.

Chris Didcock was very friendly and reassured me that the issue would be rectified. However, our heater went back to fault mode after Chris left. As promised, Chris came first thing in the morning and reset the heating unit after being in contact with the manufacturer about the error code.

I was especially happy with the happy with the airconditioner installed in my bedroom.I can highly recommend tle 2 young men who installed it. They were very polite, the airconditioner is well fitted, it works well and when cleaned up after their work. The office workers were helpful responding to calls and answering my questions.
