Terms and Conditions

Promotion is only eligible for Breezair Evaporative cooler units when installing a full system with ducting and does not apply to change over units. Mitsubishi Ducted Refrigerated Units for new or replacement units are applicable.

All free preventative maintenance services must be conducted within three years of installation, and must be done in off peak periods (March/April, August/September).

Free WIFI is only available on Mitsubishi Ducted Refrigerated Units.

Courteous serviceman with professional attention to his job. Easy to book. Fair cost for service rendered. (A competitor outfit required pre-payment for the service call, about $150, and then quoted a price of $2,000 for the same work. He was quickly escorted off the premises.)

Excellent service all round -from person who made appointment to the staff who attended gave great service. Notified half hour before arrival, arrived on time, service completed without fuss, used protector to safeguard flooring and minimise mess, showed photos of issue and how it was rectified, explained report and length of warranty on service.

Chris Didcock was very friendly and reassured me that the issue would be rectified. However, our heater went back to fault mode after Chris left. As promised, Chris came first thing in the morning and reset the heating unit after being in contact with the manufacturer about the error code.

very good installation except for electrician not turning up on the day. He did come the next day though. The unit is working very well as i needed it to replace an aging gas wall heater. I would recommend Coldflow company to anyone interested in this kind of product.

Ray did an excellent job. As it turned out, the error that caused the problem was cleared when the power was off after the storm, but he still made sure the system was working properly by doing a really thorough check of everything. First of all, the communication was consistent and timely - I always knew where we were up to. It was explained well about the ducted heating tests. Also the air grill needed replacement but the heating system was old and it may have been difficult to replace. It was fixed so it was not falling down all the time. The office rang to explain another option. However I was happy with the outcome. Thankyou

From quote to install went very smoothly. Appreciated the honesty to offer the VEEC rebate as part of quote - other companies gave quotes that did not show this rebate and most likely would pocket the extra themselves.
