What Our Customers Are Saying
We would have liked to be given the option whether to have the smelly chemicals sprayed in the split systems, as the smell lasted for over a week and we would have opted not to have that. Otherwise we are very happy with the overall service and communication from the technician.

RINGWOOD NORTH
The whole process was very smooth end to end and we are very happy with the result. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and got back to answer our queries right away. We have already recommended Coldflow to 2 of our friends who are looking to have split systems installed.

BONBEACH
Team did a great job, install team had to vary the installation location of parts, access etc, vs. communicated during the sales process. This is fine, just a note that worth getting feedback from your install team to your sales team to help future customer comms. The team kept the site clean and took away all rubbish which was great

The two technicians were well mannered, presented well as representative of your company and did a good job explaining what they had done in terms of the service of our gas heater. They were polite, arrived when they said they would which is important given we work form home and have work commitments. Great ambassadors for your company.

We'd highly recommend the team from Coldflow. Great communication, prompt and efficient installation and also great advice regarding the removal of our old gas wall heater. Not something we had considered but well worth it with the government rebate which we hadn't known about. Absolutely love our new Daikin unit too! Thanks coldflow.??

Very glad and relieved I chose Coldflow. Your installer Murray arrived at 7am Monday 21st, was quickly to work with a minimum of fuss. Old Brivis unit and new Braermar unit out and in through the roof. All over by 9am. He showed us how to use the Braemar control unit before leaving. Great job.

Everyone involved in this was great. Ash and Terry who did the installation did a terrific job with a lot of attention to detail. And we really appreciate the work they put in. The weather was well and truly against them on the second day which made things really hard. But they were great. Thank you.

MENZIES CREEK
All went well. I have had the heater on today and it is working as expected. The inside unit is very quiet and the outside section, which is just outside from where I sit, is unnoticeable. After having a listen outside I am convinced my neighbours will not hear any residual noise at all. The remote control is easy to use.

I received a welcome email reminder that a service was due and made a booking date to suit. Your technicians contacted me the day before to confirm a time and they arrived on time as promised. The work was carried out efficiently by two young men, Steven and Hilo, who did so with courtesy and good humour. They are a credit to your business.

Ray did an excellent job. As it turned out, the error that caused the problem was cleared when the power was off after the storm, but he still made sure the system was working properly by doing a really thorough check of everything. Very helpful, professional and clearly very keen to make sure the job was done properly. Great work!
