Organised for the team to come out and assess the in laws heating and cooling. There were 6 systems in total. All were checked and reports received. Services conducted on the systems worth keeping and advice given re the others, allowing informed decisions to be made. Highly recommended.

very good installation except for electrician not turning up on the day. He did come the next day though. The unit is working very well as i needed it to replace an aging gas wall heater. I would recommend Coldflow company to anyone interested in this kind of product.

Very glad and relieved I chose Coldflow. Your installer Murray arrived at 7am Monday 21st, was quickly to work with a minimum of fuss. Old Brivis unit and new Braermar unit out and in through the roof. All over by 9am. He showed us how to use the Braemar control unit before leaving. Great job.

Darren Story was very helpful with the initial site visit, he explained clearly how the installation would run, and gave us the options. Ash and his team did a highly professional job with the installation, and I am thankful that they wore masks as my mum was home recovering from surgery. Chris Didcock was very friendly and reassured me that the issue would be rectified. However, our heater went back to fault mode after Chris left. As promised, Chris came first thing in the morning and reset the heating unit after being in contact with the manufacturer about the error code.

Ray did an excellent job. As it turned out, the error that caused the problem was cleared when the power was off after the storm, but he still made sure the system was working properly by doing a really thorough check of everything. From quote to install went very smoothly. Appreciated the honesty to offer the VEEC rebate as part of quote - other companies gave quotes that did not show this rebate and most likely would pocket the extra themselves.
