We would have liked to be given the option whether to have the smelly chemicals sprayed in the split systems, as the smell lasted for over a week and we would have opted not to have that. Otherwise we are very happy with the overall service and communication from the technician.

Very glad and relieved I chose Coldflow. Your installer Murray arrived at 7am Monday 21st, was quickly to work with a minimum of fuss. Old Brivis unit and new Braermar unit out and in through the roof. All over by 9am. He showed us how to use the Braemar control unit before leaving. Great job.

Ray did an excellent job. As it turned out, the error that caused the problem was cleared when the power was off after the storm, but he still made sure the system was working properly by doing a really thorough check of everything. I was especially happy with the happy with the airconditioner installed in my bedroom.I can highly recommend tle 2 young men who installed it. They were very polite, the airconditioner is well fitted, it works well and when cleaned up after their work. The office workers were helpful responding to calls and answering my questions.

it was a rather difficult installation but both the A/C installers and the electricians did well. i am annoyed that I missed out on the Mitsubishi Bonus Gift Card worth up to $400 due to the impossibility of accessing the Mitsubishi website which required a Pin which could not be found anywhere. Very poor.

Chris Didcock was very friendly and reassured me that the issue would be rectified. However, our heater went back to fault mode after Chris left. As promised, Chris came first thing in the morning and reset the heating unit after being in contact with the manufacturer about the error code.
