Chris Didcock was very friendly and reassured me that the issue would be rectified. However, our heater went back to fault mode after Chris left. As promised, Chris came first thing in the morning and reset the heating unit after being in contact with the manufacturer about the error code.

Ray did an excellent job. As it turned out, the error that caused the problem was cleared when the power was off after the storm, but he still made sure the system was working properly by doing a really thorough check of everything. Excellent service all round -from person who made appointment to the staff who attended gave great service. Notified half hour before arrival, arrived on time, service completed without fuss, used protector to safeguard flooring and minimise mess, showed photos of issue and how it was rectified, explained report and length of warranty on service.
