We were very happy with the two installers. They were polite and helpful, worked hard all day and into the evening to finish the job and checked with us about issues like eg cutting into the cornice. 10/10 also happy with Tom the salesperson - clear, helpful, informative and answered all our questions, and we didn't feel like he was just out to �close a sale�

I recommend Coldflow to my friends as I have always found the entire process-from sales, scheduling to installation-to be extremely professional. Chris Duckworth was helpful, and very considerate of the needs of my home, as well as my budget. I can't remember the names of the first service guys who analysed the problems with my old system, but they too were helpful, courteous & professional. (I know the more senior of the two, has been at my property before. I'm sorry I can't remember his name!) The two installers today (Isaac? & Lleyton) were terrific. They were friendly, on-time, & worked hard all day. Most importantly the system is working! Thank you for an excellent experience Brenda O'Leary
