How to Cancel or Reschedule

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, it's easy:

They were very polite, the airconditioner is well fitted, it works well and when cleaned up after their work. The office workers were helpful responding to calls and answering my questions.

As it turned out, the error that caused the problem was cleared when the power was off after the storm, but he still made sure the system was working properly by doing a really thorough check of everything. Relatively minor problem. Serge took due diligence and checked whole unit. May need a new stop valve in future. He explained how how well our 19yo unit is functioning and gave us thoughts on future possibilities. Obviously a very experienced technician and a real gentleman.
