How to Cancel or Reschedule

We would have liked to be given the option whether to have the smelly chemicals sprayed in the split systems, as the smell lasted for over a week and we would have opted not to have that. Otherwise we are very happy with the overall service and communication from the technician.

Chris Didcock was very friendly and reassured me that the issue would be rectified. However, our heater went back to fault mode after Chris left. As promised, Chris came first thing in the morning and reset the heating unit after being in contact with the manufacturer about the error code.
