Chris Didcock was very friendly and reassured me that the issue would be rectified. However, our heater went back to fault mode after Chris left. As promised, Chris came first thing in the morning and reset the heating unit after being in contact with the manufacturer about the error code.

it was a rather difficult installation but both the A/C installers and the electricians did well. i am annoyed that I missed out on the Mitsubishi Bonus Gift Card worth up to $400 due to the impossibility of accessing the Mitsubishi website which required a Pin which could not be found anywhere.
