Jason and Ash, Harold the electrician, and 3 apprentices did an amazing job. They worked very hard not leaving until about 6pm and Harold didn't leave until 630. They were amazing. Just a couple of things. I would have liked to be told it would be a good idea to get the ducts cleaned (that hadn't been in used) since last Sept when the Unit stopped working (it was 24 years old). It had been cleaned 6 months before that - but sitting there......when Harold started the Unit there was quite alot of dust and hair and fluff that all came into the air. (Just for all your future customers). The other important point to make note of is that our house is old and our access to main power is 32, while new houses are 60. For our very little 11 square house, we cannot run the Dominator while the stove is on for example, or the washing machine, or our pool pump because the Dominator will use 95% of what we are allowed from the grid. Harold has told us how to manage this and spent alot of time explaining things to us, but Chris checked the board, said it was ok - and he was a great guy, but to be told maybe 40 minutes before the guys arrived to install, after we had paid our deposit and knowing the remaining 6900 was due today - to be told that it's going to cost 2-3 K when we eventually increase our mains power and redo everything - was a little bit of a shock. Like I said, Harold was great - they all were.....but the extra money to upgrade may have been a consideration for us before we purchased. Last point: Display says 18 - but I know the house isn't 18 (that's what we set it on). I read the manual book to see what the house temperature is and the place to look doesn't say anything once I hit the buttons to get to the right view on the display. Also scanning through the fan speed to go from med low back to low we have to go through all the speeds. How soon should it start blowing once we hit on? Last night it took us 20 minutes to get going and today it was too
