Jared was really helpful and his recommendations were spot on and the installation crew which included Monish were really professional and clean, explaining each stage as they went and engaging our opinion regarding positioning etc. Overall the experience possible. Jarred Salesman, Installers Jai and Will all fantastic, turned up in time very professional answered all my questions and concerns, installation went well and they cleaned up after themselves, happy to recommend Coldflow to anyone.

Firstly Coldflow was prompt and professional arranging for my quote. When Darren arrived, we were able to discuss my requirements, and he quickly came up with a solution with a couple of options, to help with my budget. When I chose Coldflow to do the install, the choice was as much about price as it was about Darren selling me on the company. Happily the install date arrived a couple of weeks early, I assume I was able to take advantage of someones cancellation. Installation was painless, with no surprises, all the head units were located were we discussed, any mess was cleaned up with no rubbish left on site. After installation was complete I recieved a thorough run through of the controls and maintenance required. Very Happy with the chosen units, Mitsubishi is quieter than I expected, and so far working well to keep the house cool.

Technicians very polite clean, kept us updated as work was done and very happy.
