Great process from start to finish. Would have liked the install earlier, however understand how busy this time of year is.

Darren Storey was the representative from Coldflow and was excellent to deal with. My brother-in-law had previously used Coldflow and recommended it to me. Had a Daikin 20 KW unit (5 zones) placed in my roof space of my 2-storey house, as my other one was 20 years old and was not working, so they had to remove a few pieces of roofing to enable them to drop it in. I also had a separate 3.5 KW Daikin split unit installed for my home office. Darren made sure everything was correct so the unit would correctly fit in my roof space. The installing crew (who inspected the job days before commencing) and the electrician were excellent and professional, and knew what they were doing. They commenced installing at about 7:45 am and were finished by 3 pm on the same day. Both units are working perfectly. I'm very happy with Coldflow and would highly recommend them to others.

Altogether an extremely well and impressive installation. Darren and Jessie above and beyond my expectations. I shall certainly be singing your praises . Brilliant.

The technician who installed the wireless control panel and completed the fit out did an incredibly neat job. He was also a friendly gentleman. Can't speak highly enough about the technician and his manner towards us.
