it was a rather difficult installation but both the A/C installers and the electricians did well. i am annoyed that I missed out on the Mitsubishi Bonus Gift Card worth up to $400 due to the impossibility of accessing the Mitsubishi website which required a Pin which could not be found anywhere. Very poor.
