Very glad and relieved I chose Coldflow. Your installer Murray arrived at 7am Monday 21st, was quickly to work with a minimum of fuss. Old Brivis unit and new Braermar unit out and in through the roof. All over by 9am. He showed us how to use the Braemar control unit before leaving. Great job.

( Waterford Valley Lakes) I would have thought that you would have organized ALL the other ones to be serviced at the same time as they are the same age.

Chris Didcock was very friendly and reassured me that the issue would be rectified. However, our heater went back to fault mode after Chris left. As promised, Chris came first thing in the morning and reset the heating unit after being in contact with the manufacturer about the error code.
